A graduate of sports nutrition and psychodietetics at the Academy of Physical Education and the Medical University of Poznań. Additionally, a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, yoga instructor, mobility instructor, and progress movement instructor.

Sport is my middle name!

Since childhood, movement has been my passion. In elementary and middle school, I was involved in ballroom dancing, participating in national and international competitions. I was a participant in the You Can Dance program. In high school, I was a volleyball player, playing as a setter. During my studies, I became a fan of CrossFit and yoga, which I still practice today.

I prove myself during competitions

Every competition is a new lesson, confirming that proper nutrition and hard work in the gym are the keys to success. She has been participating in the CrossFit Open for three years and is also an avid competitor in nearby towns.
