Chia dessert

A refreshing, light chia dessert for hot days!
Dear friends, the temperature outside is rising again, so it's the perfect time for a light CHIA DESSERT with mango and blueberry mousse!
The energy value is only 270 kcal.

INGREDIENTS:

- 200g plain yogurt

- 20g chia seeds

- 20-30g erythritol (depending on how sweet you like it)

- 60g mango

- a few blueberries on top

PREPARATION:

Mix the natural yogurt with chia seeds and erythritol, place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight. Peel and blend the mango, wash and dry the blueberries. Pour the mousse over the dessert and sprinkle with blueberries. Done!
