
- 1 slice of wholemeal bread (30g)
- 1 fig (70g)
- 1 handful of raspberries (70g)
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar (3g)
- 50g low-fat cottage cheese (1/4 block)
- 50g ricotta cheese
- A pinch of salt and pepper
In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, ricotta, salt, and pepper, and mash everything together with a fork or blend until smooth. Lightly toast a slice of bread in a pan, on a grill, or in a toaster until crispy. Then spread the prepared cottage cheese paste on top. Wash the fig and raspberries thoroughly and cut them (raspberries in half, optionally, and figs into quarters). Then place the sliced fruit on the toast and drizzle everything with a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
