- 65 g burrata
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 20 g dried tomatoes
- 5 g olive oil
- pepper, salt
Put the bread in the toaster. Meanwhile, cut the sun-dried tomatoes as desired and halve the cherry tomatoes. Place the torn burrata and tomatoes on the toasted bread, drizzle with olive oil, season, and sprinkle with basil leaves.
