
- 250 g low-fat cottage cheese (1 package)
- 2 radishes
- A tablespoon of chives
- A pinch of salt and pepper (preferably freshly ground)
Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl and mash it with a fork into smaller pieces. Wash the radishes and grate them using a fine grater, then add them to the cottage cheese. Wash the chives, chop them finely, and add them to the cottage cheese. Finally, season everything with salt and pepper. For the low-carb version, spread the prepared cottage cheese onto two leaves of romaine lettuce. For the bread version, spread the cottage cheese onto two thinly sliced slices of whole-grain rye bread.
