Refreshing Greek salad with almond bread

Here is a recipe for a delicious, light, and easy-to-prepare Greek salad with almond bread!
Energy value per serving: 322 kcal
The whole loaf has 1630 kcal (a serving is 1/10 of a loaf).

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 slices of feta cheese (30g)

- 8 green olives (24g)

- 10 cherry tomatoes (200g)

- 1/2 green cucumber (90g)

- 1/3 red onion (33g)

- 4 basil leaves

Almond bread:

- 150g almond flour

- 60g butter

- 4 chicken eggs

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- A pinch of salt

PREPARATION:

Cut the feta cheese and olives into pieces. Wash and chop the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Mix everything together and add fresh basil.

Almond bread:

Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff in a glass bowl. Add the yolks and warm butter (not hot) melted in a saucepan to the bowl with the flour. Mix everything with a mixer. Then gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Transfer the dough to a baking pan, which does not need to be greased. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
