
- 80g Fresh salmon
- 50g Basmati/jasmine rice
- 60g Mango
- 60g Canned green peas
- 20g Onion
- 30g Radish
- 40g Avocado
- 10g Soy sauce
To taste and for decoration:
- 2g cilantro
- 5g lime juice
- 1g chili pepper
- 1g pepper
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius, convection setting. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Pour soy sauce over the salmon, season with pepper, wrap in aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the radish, onion, avocado, and mango into any shape you like, drain the peas, and rinse them under cold water. Place the vegetables and mango in a bowl, add the cooked and drained rice, decorate the baked salmon with chili pepper and coriander, and sprinkle with lime juice.
