Protein pancakes with blueberries

INGREDIENTS:

Pancake batter:

- 150 g high-protein cheese

- 2 egg whites

- 10 g protein supplement (I used vanilla flavor)

- 30 g flour (I used rice flour)

- spices: turmeric, cinnamon, ginger

Toppings:

- 50 g blueberries

- 10 ml maple syrup

- 50 g natural skyr

For frying:

- a little rapeseed oil

PREPARATION:

Mix the batter for the pancakes. Wash the blueberries and dry them with a paper towel. Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour in the batter in the form of pancakes, cover with a lid and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Flip the pancakes and fry for another minute. Transfer the finished pancakes to a plate, sprinkle with blueberries, and pour syrup over them. Pick up a pancake and dip it in yogurt.
