Potato salad with herring

This salad will tempt even the most reluctant herring eaters! Be sure to check it out!
Today, we have a salad with highly underrated but very valuable herring accompanied by potatoes, onions, and pickled cucumber! This fish contains vitamins D3, E, and A, as well as B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, and even 5g of creatine in 500g! It's really worth trying.
The energy value of the salad is: 385 kcal  

INGREDIENTS:

- 200 g of new potatoes

- 80 g herring in oil

- 40 g onion

- 120 g pickled cucumbers

- 5 ml olive oil/canola oil for salads

- a pinch of salt, pepper, and a dash of wine vinegar

PREPARATION:

Scrub the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and leave to cool. Peel the onion, cut into strips, place in a bowl, pour boiling water over it and leave for 10 minutes. After this time, drain and leave to cool (this will make the onion less pungent).Cut the potatoes in half, dice the cucumbers, and add the onion. Add the herring, drained of oil and cut into thin strips or cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and wine vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Garnish with greens, and you're done!
