INGREDIENTS:

- 1 chicken egg (55g)

- 1/4 block of semi-fat cottage cheese (50g)

- 1 tablespoon of spelt flour (15g)

- 1/2 avocado (50g)

- 50g smoked salmon

- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes (100g)

- 1/4 onion (25g)

- 1/2 clove of garlic

- Spices: salt, pepper, oregano

For frying:

- 1 teaspoon of olive oil (5g)

PREPARATION:

Crack the egg into a bowl, add the cottage cheese, flour, a pinch of salt, oregano, chopped onion, and pressed garlic. Knead with a fork until the mixture is fairly smooth. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the patties on both sides over low heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Place on a plate and serve with sliced avocado, salmon, and cherry tomatoes.
