
- 100 g low-fat cottage cheese (1/2 block)
- 1 chicken egg
- 25 g spinach (a handful)
- 20 g grated mozzarella cheese (2 tablespoons)
- 30 g avocado (1/4 piece)
- 20 g onion (1/4 piece)
- 60 g cherry tomatoes
Spices: a pinch of Kłodawa/Himalayan salt, a pinch of black pepper
Mix the cottage cheese in a bowl with the egg, 1 tablespoon of mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Then pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20-25 minutes. When the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a plate, then place a handful of previously washed spinach, a tablespoon of mozzarella, 30 g of avocado, 20 g of onion, and 60 g of cherry tomatoes on top. Wrap everything in a tortilla.
