
- 2 slices of wholemeal rye bread (60g)
- 2 chicken eggs (110g)
- A handful of spinach (25g)
- 3 radishes (45g)
- 1/2 tomato (80g)
- 1 tablespoon of Bieluch natural cream cheese (25g)
- Spices: salt, pepper, oregano/basil
Boil water in a pot. When the water starts boiling, reduce the heat so that the water simmers gently. Boil the eggs for about 3-4 minutes. Then cool the eggs in cold water and peel them carefully. Spread cream cheese on the sandwiches, add the washed spinach, sliced eggs, and seasoning. Add sliced vegetables to the plate: tomato and radish.
