
- 2 slices of rye bread (80g)
- 1/2 block of semi-fat cottage cheese (100g)
- 3 slices of smoked salmon (50g)
- 1/2 fresh cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt (20g)
- fresh dill
- a pinch of salt and pepper
Wash the cucumber and dill, slice the cucumber thinly, and finely chop the dill. Mix the cottage cheese with the yogurt, add the dill, and season with salt and pepper. Place the bread slices on a plate and spread the cottage cheese mixture on top. Arrange the salmon and cucumber slices on top.
